Choosing a wedding cake should be fun and exciting, but with all the possibilities that are available, it can also seem a little overwhelming. As a professional Pastry Chef, let Erica help guide you through the process of choosing the wedding cake of your dreams.

All cakes are made from scratch with the highest quality ingredients available, including fresh butter & cream, imported chocolates, and fresh, seasonal fruits.



  • Rich chocolate cake, infused with Grand Marnier & layered with orange scented buttercream & bittersweet ganache
  • Vanilla butter cake brushed with espresso, alternately layered with Tiramisu filling & coffee buttercream
  • Almond poppy seed cake, soaked with Amaretto, paired with alternating layers of fresh lime curd & blackberry cream cheese
  • Rum spiked butter cake, layered with a white chocolate coconut filling & passionfruit buttercream


Prices start at $3.50 per serving for a simplistic buttercream cake and $4.50 for fondant covered and go up with the addition of design which might include certain shapes, "painting", or other detailed decoration. Delivery & set up throughout the Portland Metro area is included. Outside this area there will be a delivery fee, depending on location. We are happy to work with your florist to properly ensure the floral decoration of your cake & table. A deposit of $50 is due at confirmation to hold the date & will be applied to the balance of the cake. Final payment and confirmation of all details is due 2 weeks prior to the wedding.
