Finales-Fine Cakes & Desserts is the culmination of ten years experience of Owner and Pastry Chef Erica Bentson. After graduating from Western Culinary Institute in 1994, Erica moved to the island of Maui and worked in the first class pastry kitchen of the Grand Wailea Resort, Hotel & Spa. Since then, she has moved on to varied experiences including earning her diploma in Patisserie at Le Cordon Bleu in London, England.
